Let me not lie, Im kind , Honest , Dedicated , Active , calm and not anxious even in stressful situations,and I will make sure people here have fun and enjoy my work (maps and GFX designs).

Proof of work:
I have many maps my latest 1 is included here and i think thats proof enough since at the finish line my name is written,as for the GFX my sigs are enuf proof (duh) i dont have them right now but i'll upload them as soon as i finish the application.
ProveUrSkillZ V2(Expert map although it is not tested for bugs yet since i have not been on any gunz lately,AND IT IS NOT LIGHT MAPPED SINCE i add lightmap effect when the map has no more bugs so please turn lightmap off while testing it.) : http://www.mediafire.com/?dzznzjm20zw (I kinda hope this is the one i mean to give you since my files have been messy the past few days,if you face "Cannot create game" then my fears are correct and this is the wrong version of the map,if that happens plz give me feedback and i will post a working one.)

Extra : I didnt not find any form so i made my own and i hope that the info here shows who I really am and is enough.
